Mobile Coffee Vans

As a rule of thumb, if your event has more than 200 attendees, we can usually attend the event for an hour or so and sell coffees at no cost to the organiser. We may have to depart early if it is obvious that there won’t be sufficient sales to cover our costs.

Yes, we offer a donation of up to 20% of sales for charitable/fundraising events.

We are available for one-off bookings anywhere within the Perth Metropolitan area.

We also have daily services visiting workplaces in and near the following suburbs:

Bentley, Booragoon, Burswood, East Perth, East Vic Park, Maylands, Melville. Mirrabooka, Myaree, Osborne Park, South Perth

Even if your suburb isn’t listed, our areas are growing all the time so send us your location and enquiry and we’ll let you know if we can add you to one of our rounds.

No, our vehicles require specialised training before someone can be proficient working with them so we only offer complete hire solutions that include the Barista/driver.

We do offer a “dry hire” option for our indoor coffee carts – contact us to find out more.

For large bookings and campaigns, we are happy to use our clients’ branded cups. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

We use and recommend MyPaperCups.com.au for the supply of branded cups. We can take care of sourcing the cups for you, or have one of their consultants contact you to discuss your requirements. Note: minimum order quantities apply.

We do offer a range of quality biscuits and muffins on our daily rounds and can arrange items such as muffins, biscuits and fruit for special bookings. As a mobile coffee service our main focus is on providing quality hot café drinks so we don’t typically offer items such as pies and sandwiches.

Indoor Coffee Carts

About the same size as a typical office desk. They have been designed and built to fit through normal doorways and in a normal elevator. We recommend allowing an operating space of 1.5m x 1.5m for the cart + Barista.

No, we carry our water onboard.

We recommend 15Amp power (the plug with a larger bottom pin) but our equipment can operate on 10Amp power if required.

We have our own locally blended and roasted custom blend, however if you really, really want a certain coffee then we can track it down for you but there may be some extra cost and time involved as we make sure we’re getting the best possible result from your choice.

Perth Coffee Express indoor coffee carts are only available for functions in Perth. However, we do have contacts in other states that we can refer you to for interstate bookings

Our standard menu consists of coffee and chocolate drinks only since this allows us to offer the most efficient service at busy events but we are always flexible and can include Tea and Chai on request.

YES, minimum orders start at 500 cups and we source the cups from MyPaperCups.com.au. We can arrange the supply for you, or you can contact them directly through their website.

Yes, there are several options available for branding our carts. When you submit your enquiry, just ask us about the options available.

Not a problem. We often wear sponsors’ branded t-shirts/caps/aprons

Yes. We offer a fixed price option that includes up to 2 hours of service 150 cups of coffee.
